About Amtech

An independent roof and building envelope assessment and design firm founded in 1982, Amtech Building Sciences, Inc. is dedicated to providing our clients with independent, professional guidance on their roofing and waterproofing projects. With offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, McAllen and San Antonio, Texas, and another in Seattle, Washington, we’re able to provide clients from all over North America, including Canada and Mexico, with quick response to any situation that might occur.

Our experienced key and support staff – including four registered architects, three registered roof consultants and nine registered roof observers – has more than 250 years in combined experience consulting on building envelope analysis and design.

We operate independently and are free from ties to contractors and manufacturers. Our strong independent stature allows us to provide our clients with objective assessments aimed at delivering the most value for their money. With our extensive experience, proven and trustworthy methods and familiarity of materials, we deliver highly-valued services, information and solutions to every client.
