Paul C Crews, AIA, CSI

With more than 40 years of experience in architecture with an emphasis on technical analysis and construction, Paul Crews is a project manager for Amtech. He oversees design criteria, design development, specification writing and coordinates joint venture firms in construction document production and contract administration efforts. Crews also has nearly 30 years of experience in contract negotiation, specification writing and construction document quality assurance to reduce construction change orders.

Prior to joining Amtech in 2004, Crews was an independent consultant in architecture and construction. He produced construction documents for other architectural firms and provided documentation and contract administration services for roof consulting firms.

Crews earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture in 1965 from the University of Texas. He is a certified construction specifier and certified construction contract administrator and is a registered architect in the states of Texas and Florida. Crews is a member of RCI, Inc., the American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specifications Institute.
