Assessment & recomendationsOur registered professionals (registered consultants and architects) will evaluate your existing roof system and building envelope to better determine any deficiencies and their level of severity. We will prepare a report, compiling visual observations, photographs, recommendations for corrective action and probable cost for the suggested solutions. Non-destructive testing will be used if and when conditions allow. Our web-based roof management software lets you see an overview of your budgeted maintenance costs and capital expenditures for each of your facilities.

Plans & SpecificationsOur registered architects, registered roof consultants and administrative staff will develop a full set of construction documents for repair or replacement. These will include roof plans and details, technical specifications and general conditions to assist you in securing competitive bids that allow apples-to-apples comparison. We'll conduct a pre-bid meeting, provide addenda to bid documents, review received bids and make recommendations for selecting the best bid.

Contract AdministrationWe'll review contractors'; submitted product data, monitor the progress of construction and review and certify applications for payment. After the work is completed, we'll solicit the proper close-out documents from the contractor and present them to for your permanent records.

Quality ControlOur registered roof observers can assist with on-site quality control by monitoring the application and providing accountability that the job is being performed as specified in the construction documents. A registered roof observer has the knowledge and experience to identify a problem before it occurs.

Evaluation & ReportsWe'll provide you with a complete hard copy report of the entire evaluation on each site or building with a CAD drawing of each facility reviewed. Each facility report includes information on all components from the deck to surfacing. Other information contained in the report includes budgets, warranties, field observation notes, roof ratings, recommendations, photos and information on contractors, designers and manufacturers. All information documented in the written report is stored and maintained by Amtech at our facilities and is available 24 hours a day for customer access online through our web-based software.

Miscellaneous & Administrative ServicesIn addition to our building envelope services, we can conduct annual maintenance surveys or evaluations, present itemized roof maintenance recommendations and present seminars for facilities personnel.
